A good question.  I feel like I don't have enough visibility into the 
international effort to comment on that.  I'm basically trying to take the 
lessons learned from the alpha to come up with a design that builds upon what 
we learned.  I guess it would be an effort that if people see as having 
merit, they are welcome to assist.  And if not, I suppose it will fall away 
by the wayside.
