Hello everyone,

Good to be back from vacation.  I'll be working on the slides soon but I 
wanted to put out another alpha.  This one I've tested the confluence bits 
and it seems to work.  I'm going to need someone with Sympa knowledge to play 
with sympa and figure out what's going on with that because we have no local 
sympa knowledge here and I don't have the time to keep messing with that when 
others probably already know how to do this (you'll see that the federated 
login seems to work but list creation is still an issue).

Here's what you need to do to make this work:
1. Get the image from http://comanage-dev.stanford.edu 
2. Start the VM and login via console and fix any networking bits that you 
need to (it is setup to use DHCP by default).  The username is root and 
password is comanage.
3. Make sure apache, tomcat, myself and ldappc started properly (I'll add a 
status checker page soon).
4. Login to the admin page at /admin (comanage/comanage) and setup the 
federation.
5. Invite yourself as a user.
6. Go to the confluence tab and configure confluence.
7. Go to the drupal tab to configure drupal.
