In the meantime:

I've made some progress with Sympa.  I've fixed several bugs and am trying to 
figure out how to set it up so I can create lists that rely on group 
membership.

Chris is still chugging away at Confluence.

We've setup a build server at Stanford for people to use to build Debian 
packages (which will be useful when we have more people actually helping with 
the packaging).

I'll be focusing tomorrow on writing some kind of docs for discussion at 
Philly.  Tom, are you free to chat during what would be the COmanage call to 
help me gather ideas on what we should write up before the Philly meeting?
