COmanage Developers List

I've already tried once to "install + configure" 
confluence; afterwards, I was redirected to

https://stc-test17.cis.brown.edu/confluence

and told:

> The requested URL /confluence was not found on this server.

SoI tried again.....

On the Collabmin web page, I click the Confluence 
tab and get taken to a page saying this:

> This page will take the users through final Confluence configuration.
> You will need to obtain a license to use 
> Confluence. Click here to obtain a Confluence 
> License. You will be required to signup.

> Paste the license string into the following text area:

I paste in my personal Confluence key, get sent to this url:
