Subject: Spring 2009 Internet2 Member Meeting - Session Submission

Dear Heather,

Thank you for the submission of your proposal, "Collaboration Technology" for the Spring 2009 Internet2 Member Meeting.  After careful consideration of several outstanding proposals on this topic, the Program Committee decided to merge your proposal with, "SURFnet's Collaboration Infrastructure Project " to form a panel that will incorporate the content from these proposals.  

Toward that end, Lisa Haanpaa (), from the Program Committee will be contacting you shortly to provide detailed information about the intended panel focus and composition.  In the meantime, please don't hesitate to contact Marianne Smith () or me if you have any questions about the merged session or about the Internet2 Member Meeting in general.
