Hello all,

As promised, GCP will be running a 6 hour sprint exclusively for the CLASS community. I have put a hold on your calendars for the event. Please see the attached flyer for more information. Some important things to highlight are:

Date: Wednesday, April 20, 2022
Time: 8am PST / 11am EST - 2pm PST / 5pm EST

What you’ll learn:

  • Sharing data with BigQuery and Cloud Storage

  • Running large query analysis on publicly available datasets

  • Handling large data sets

  • Using Vertex AI Workbench

  • Working with Public Datasets

  • Using Machine Learning APIs

  • Taking a container to production


Pre-requisites:

Attendees are expected to have some Google Cloud experience to understand the underlying Google Cloud infrastructure before the start of the Fundamentals of Life Science Tools in Google Cloud course. Please see the attached flyer for more information.
