Hello everyone,

 

Sending along an update and an early suggested agenda for tomorrow’s CAMP Week committee meeting.

 

Clara on our team has done a little housekeeping on our Scoring Sheet spreadsheet (Tab 2) to group the accepts/tentatives and those you indicated as possible combines or lightning talks – for easier scanability. Take a look!

 

AGENDA

  • 10:30 – 10:50am: Complete the review and designation of remaining sessions as accepts/rejects/combine/lightning. (There are roughly 11 to get through) Come prepared with your recommendations.
  • 10:50 – 11:15: Discuss and finalize the accepts/rejects/combines/lightning – confirm those that we need to get back with to request changes/combines.
  • 11:15 – 11:30: Discuss ideas/strategies for mapping onto the At a Glance schedule.
  • Ethan / Grady – Assuming availability, take on the task of drafting the schedule.

 

Timeline:

  • Next Wednesday (19th) - Draft schedule done – This will be turned into Susan on our events team where she will combine with other tracks.
  • Next Friday (21st) – All track chairs meeting (11am-2pm ET) to discuss the global TechEx schedule. Ethan and Grady to attend.
