11:00 - 11:30: Update on Call for Proposals + Training on the Tool

  • Updates
  • 23 proposals received so far. Deadline is May 13.
  • More outreach continues - help us spread the word! 
Training on the Proposal Tool
  • Check in on your authentication link - did you receive it? Are you in?
  • Susan Evett - Director, Community Events will join us to teach us how to use our new proposal review tool.
  • Discuss how and when to start reviewing, due dates, etc.
  • Cross Track Review Meeting - Committee Chairs - We’re aiming for a 2hr meeting block - June 20 or 21 - anytime between 11am - 2pm ET.  Please state your availability.

 

11:30 - 11:45: Brainstorm on Catalyst Partners

  • James Crampton - Industry Relationship Manager, and Brandon Moustafa - Project Manager will join us to talk about InCommon’s Catalyst Partners and brainstorm ideas for their role and integration at TechEx.
