• Update on Call for Proposals + Timeline

• Deadline = May 13. Help spread the word! Send out this link.
• Quick glance at what we’ve received so far.
  
  

Training on the New Proposal Review Tool - scheduled for May 2 (during our meeting)

• Be on the lookout for your authentication link.
• Committee members will review ALL proposals in the IAM track, including those where IAM was noted as a secondary track. (You’ll all be assigned).cl
• You’ll review individually first. We will then come together to discuss all feedback together, then start plotting the schedule.
  
  

Cross Track Review: Committee Chairs - We’re aiming for a 2hr meeting block - June 20 or 21 - anytime between 11am - 2pm ET. This is for all tracks to review the proposed schedule for the event, to help avoid conflicts of interest and maximize cross-audience appeal.

Next Meeting Dates:

• May 2 - already on the calendar - tool training
• Move to a weekly cadence starting on May 16?
