2020 BaseCAMP

Hi everyone,

 

You are receiving this because you attended BaseCAMP in either 2019 or 2020.

 

We are starting the planning process for the 2021 BaseCAMP, which will take place virtually the week of July 12, 2020. A community program committee will develop the curriculum and provide guidance to staff on the operation of the meeting.

 

We would like to have two or three BaseCAMP attendees serve on the program committee and provide their perspective and insight. Here is a brief outline of the commitment:

 

• Late January/early February – Program committee convenes and meets weekly in February and March
• April 1 – BaseCAMP program is set
• April 8 – BaseCAMP registration opens
• From April through June, we will likely have some items to take care of, like speaker recruitment, but there will likely not be weekly meetings

 

If you are interested in working on the program committee, please email me directly sometime this week. Email me, too, if you need more information.
