Hello InCommon BaseCAMP registrants!

Thank you for registering for the 2020 Virtual BaseCAMP. Here is some basic information. We’ll provide more details as the event gets closer.

Continue each day (Monday - Friday) the week of July 20:

  • Noon - 4 pm ET
  • 11 am - 3 pm CT
  • 10 am - 2 pm MT
  • 9 am - 1 pm PT

End: Friday, July 24, 2020; 4 pm ET | 3 pm CT | 2 pm MT | 1 pm PT

BaseCAMP Venue

BaseCAMP will take place within the Internet2 Canvas learning management system. We plan to open the Canvas course a few days prior to the BaseCAMP opening and will provide login details in a future email.

Check out the BaseCAMP agenda

Prior to the meeting, review the BaseCAMP schedule and topics. Giving some thought to the topics and coming armed with questions will make your experience that much more valuable.

During BaseCAMP

Arrival

BaseCAMP will start on time each day, Monday through Friday, July 20-24. We suggest you plan to arrive a few minutes early so you are ready to roll.

BaseCAMP sessions

Canvas will contain information about each session and Zoom is integrated with the interface. We have scheduled ample break times during the days so that you can concentrate on the BaseCAMP sessions and still have time to stretch and move around prior to the next session.

Dress

BaseCAMP is a workshop; dress is casual. Hawaiian shirts optional. Shorts and slippers are OK (because, really, who will know?).

CAMPfires

Each day will end with CAMPfires - small groups to discuss questions, needed clarifications, and any IAM challenges you would bring to the circle. Counselors will be available at each CAMPfire. BYOS (Bring Your Own S’more)

Questions?

If you have questions related to BaseCAMP, email Dean Woodbeck ().
