Hello again, BaseCAMPers!

 

We hope you had a great day - it was chock full of authentication, identity registry, and the TAP components that support each. We also learned about the essentials of Federation as well as how IAM and security intersect.  We have another great lineup of sessions for you on Thursday, so get ready!

 

The Games Continue!

By now you are all pros at our BaseCAMP Scavenger Hunt. We’ll be back at it tomorrow morning in Slack at 11:30 am ET for your next list of camping essentials to search for. Congratulations to our third winner Kevin Carpenter ! 

 

Come Early / Last Day for CAMP Fires

Once again, we will open up Thursday’s BaseCAMP Dining Hall (Zoom Room) at 11:30 am ET, before the day’s sessions start. This is a completely optional networking space. Bring your coffee or tea and say hello before we dive into the day’s program! 

 

This is also the last day for CAMP Fires! Join us at 3:40pm ET and pick a themed CAMP Fire that’s calling you. Come prepared to talk about what’s next for your team after BaseCAMP! S’mores are optional.

 

The Trivia Traverse

The trivia climb is nearly complete! During the 1:55pm ET break in the BaseCAMP Dining Hall we will be hosting the final trivia game for the week! Join the live game to flex your IAM skills for a chance to win a daily prize! You can use your mobile device or computer to access the game when the time comes.

Starting at 12:00 pm ET (11 am CT | 10 am MT | 9 am PT) After opening remarks from Kevin, we will venture into paired sessions on two IAM concepts and TAP components. Then we’ll hear about navigating challenges and insight on working with vendors. Thursday’s lineup looks like this:

Having trouble deciding? No problem! Simply choose the session that best matches your interest. The Foundations in Access & Grouping and Provisioning Foundations Sessions will focus on the functional essentials that you need to know about each, while Access & Grouping: Grouper sessions and First Steps with midPoint are a more technical look  at the concept and an introduction to the software component. You’ll have the opportunity to watch the recorded sessions for anything you missed at a later time. 

 

Continuing the theme of sharing and collaboration at BaseCAMP, we want to hear from you! Conversation is always encouraged, so feel free to post questions and comments in the Zoom chat at each session.
