Dear Connector and Network Member Principals and Guest,

We are looking forward to seeing you next Tuesday, February 4 in La Jolla. We will gather at the La Jolla Beach and Tennis Club in the Walnut Lounge. Breakfast will be available at 8:15 in La Sala and the meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. Our meeting co-chairs are Steve Corbató, Link Oregon, and Brian Ensor, CAAREN. We will spend the morning talking about the Next Generation Infrastructure (NGI) including progress on the optical and infrastructure projects, what is happening with automation and the testbed. Then, we will present the final Platform Fee. In the afternoon, we will focus on the future and we are seeking your input—how the community is going to use the infrastructure, expanding the eduroam pilot for regionals, community research support resources and a talk by Frank Wuerthwein from UCSD. The details are in the attached agenda and found here
