Dear Attendees of the 2019 Tempe Principals’ Meeting,

Thank you again for your active participation in the Tempe Principals’ Meeting. After the Service Model discussions and break-out discussions, we agreed that the next steps were for Internet2 staff to 

-create improved write-ups of the service models

-work with the NAOPpag NGI Service Model Group to work through some scenarios

-share the scenarios with the Principals at the Internet2 Global Summit during the Principals’ Meeting.

Now that you have had a little time to think about what was presented we would be grateful for any input that you may have to the service models as we begin these re-writes. What did you like about a particular service model? What didn’t you like? What was missing in what was provided? How would you improve them? All comments and suggestions are welcome.

The Service Model descriptions from the meeting are attached to this message for your review.
